At Retro Gaming House, we are committed to processing and shipping our customers' orders with efficiency and care. We understand, however, that there may be instances where you might need to cancel your order. To support such needs, we offer the option to cancel orders within 2 hours of placement. Refund Process Following Cancellation

Upon successful cancellation of an order, we will initiate a refund immediately. Please note, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Cancellation Fees

If the cancellation is not due to an error on the part of Retro Gaming House, a nominal fee may be applied to cover the PayPal fees incurred at the time of purchase. This fee will be itemized on your invoice and deducted from the total refund amount.

Restocking Fee for Customer-Initiated Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation initiated by the customer, a restocking fee of approximately $20 will be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with the processing and restocking of the order.

Retro Gaming House's Right to Cancel Orders

In addition to customer-initiated cancellations, Retro Gaming House reserves the right to cancel orders under certain conditions. These conditions may include, but are not limited to:

• Instability in International Shipping Rates: Given the fluctuating nature of international shipping costs, there may be instances where the financial viability of fulfilling an order is impacted. In such cases, we may need to cancel an order to mitigate undue expenses or logistical challenges.
• Product Availability Issues: Occasionally, inventory discrepancies or unforeseen stock shortages may arise, necessitating the cancellation of an order.

In the event of any such cancellation by Retro Gaming House, customers will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be processed without delay.
